you will be responsible for the network fees. However, if the

What happens if I forget to delete the session after the mix
ends?
If you forget to delete your session, it will be automatically
deleted within 27 hours after the mix ends.
What happens if I didn't save the Letter of Guarantee?
You can also check your browser history to find your session ID,
restore your session, and download your Letter of Guarantee. If
you exit your session without saving the Letter of Guarantee and
the session ID is not saved, no support will be provided.',
How do I verify the Letter of Guarantee?
First, download the Letter of Guarantee generated when you created
your session, followed by the fingerprint (public key) located at
the bottom of the page. Then, you can verify your Letter of
Guarantee with the fingerprint on any PGP site to check if it is
digitally signed by ZeusMix.
How does the refund work in case of a problem?
Refunds will be issued to your old address or the destination
address specified in the Letter of Guarantee. Please note that
network fees are non-refundable, and only issues encountered
during the cryptocurrency mixing process (LTC Mixer, ETH Mixer,
SOL Mixer, TRX Mixer, USDT Mixer) will be considered. Any errors
on your part (incorrect destination address, sending the wrong
cryptocurrencies to another network, or sending cryptocurrencies
after the session expired) will not be covered and will be your
sole responsibility.
What should I do if my payment is not detected?
Please wait approximately 30 minutes for ZeusMix to automatically
detect your payment. Once the payment is detected, your session
will show "Mixing in Progress".
What should I do in case of a problem with my session?
If you encounter any difficulties during your mixing session, you
can contact us by clicking the email icon at the bottom of the
page and attaching your Letter of Guarantee to your message. You
can also contact us directly on Telegram by clicking the icon at
the bottom of the website and attaching your Letter of Guarantee
to your message. Finally, you can contact us directly from within
the session to chat live with an advisor without having to share
